My fiance and I were recommended to Debbie Raw by one of his coworkers. My fiance's coworker spoke highly of her, and after meeting her we knew she would be able to find us our home.
My fiance and I have been engaged for 5 months and it was very important to find a home before we got married. Our big day is May 12, 2017. With all the stress of planning a wedding, the thoughts of having to find a home within a 6 month time line was just more added stress to our plates. We wanted to be in a growing area and potentially find a home that would be an investment. We decided on Decatur not only for those reasons but also because Decatur is a city unto itself. It's super unique and there is always something going on. I have a yellow lab named Sage and my fiance has a Doberman named Diesel. We love taking our dogs with us wherever we go and the city of Decatur has just that. We are so excited to move into our new home and we can't wait for our dogs to be able to enjoy their new fenced in back yard.
From the moment we met Debbie we knew she would be able to help us find our home. From the time we met her until the time we signed all the closing papers, Debbie was always going above and beyond to make sure we were informed and had everything we needed. Debbie was so personable and honest. She never once tried to persuade us to buy a home just to get it. Though she and I always had the same taste, she always wanted what was best for us. Looking at houses during the work week was hard but Debbie was always in a happy and positive mood so it made it worthwhile. People like Debbie make it fun and more exciting to buy a house. We miss her already! On a side note, she would also call her brother Jeff Raw to come check out the houses we were super interested in. That is something my fiance and I really liked as well.
