As we continued to work with buyers in a low inventory seller’s market, we saw a need for a unique program that would allow our buyer clients to purchase in the neighborhoods of their choice, create a custom home, and move into it with some equity.
To do this we rely on our past experience working as investors, builders, and REALTORS. We work with investor clients all the time to locate properties, design and build them, and then market and sell them for profit. Why not do this for our buyer clients as well? - Narrow down specific neighborhood
- Determine wants and needs in your new home
- Source properties that would fit the above criteria
- Take existing home and design it to fit your needs
